Burning-Off Karma

Karma is the principle of cause and effect. The Bible says: ”… whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap (Gal. 6:7, kjv). Karma can be either good or bad, hard or easy. The majority of which you have the ability to control. The way you think gives rise to the way you feel. The way you feel gives rise to the way you act. The way you act, verbally and physically, gives rise to outcome.

Burning -off Karma through Spiritual Growth is recovering from an over-reaction to a stubbed toe to grieving over a death in the family. An intense experience is assuage by stoic thinking. Stoics believe that isn't what happens, but your thoughts that cause emotional pain. Reinhold Niebuhr prayed: "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.

Live Your Own Karma, not your family, friends, enemies, nor groups.

The Major Areas for Spiritual Growth are deaths, abuses, personal and social relationships, quality of life, work and retirement; natural and man made catastrophes.
